Adopt a Beagle
A simple, step-by-step path to your new best friend.
Our adoption donation(s) are as follows:
- Adults: $375.00
- Puppies (4 months – 12 months): $400.00
- Seniors (8 years and older): $250.00
- Seniors for Fosters: $200.00
This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible. Prior to placement, all Beagles, Beagle mixes and friends of Beagles will be spayed or neutered, vaccinations will be given, and they are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.

How do I start?
How do I start?
Before meeting any of our Beagles, all potential adopters are required to complete an adoption application. This helps us understand your lifestyle, experience with pets, and the type of environment you can provide. The application is a crucial step in determining compatibility between you and our Beagles.

Once we receive your completed application, a member of our team will reach out to conduct a thorough interview. This conversation allows us to learn more about you, address any questions you may have, and ensure that you are fully prepared for the responsibilities of pet ownership.

What’s involved in the home visit?
A home check is mandatory for all potential adopters. This visit ensures that your home environment is safe and suitable for a Beagle, and it helps us confirm that both the dog and the family will thrive together. We may offer suggestions to create an even more dog-friendly space, if necessary.
How is the final adoption decision made?
How is the final adoption decision made?
Bean’s Beagles Dog Rescue is committed to the well-being of our dogs. We reserve the right to deny any adoption application at our discretion, without the obligation to disclose specific reasons. Our decisions are based solely on what we believe is in the best interest of each individual Beagle.

Open your home for a few weeks and help a beagle get ready for their forever family.
Why foster?
- We handle vet care, meds, and vaccines, including starter supplies such as food, toys, etc.
- We place dogs that fit your home, schedule, kids, and other pets, with trainer support if needed.
- Fostering frees shelter space, reduces stress, teaches house manners, and speeds up adoption.
- Perfect if you can’t adopt (yet)
